How is the delivery organised?

For most of our medium or larger items (e.g. armchairs, tables, sofas), you will always be contacted via phone or SMS to arrange a suitable day/slot for you.
For items such as home decor, wall art and rugs, we generally use courier services such as USPS and UPS who will deliver the parcel to your door.

Can I delay the delivery of my items?

Yes, and there is no additional charge. Just let us know before the item is dispatched via orders@sageinteriors.com and we can help put your delivery on hold to a later date

What happens if I change my mind after I order?

If your items haven’t been dispatched yet, you can cancel or change them at any time at no charge*. If you’ve already received your items, our 7-day return policy* can give you the flexibility to return them. *excludes made-to-order or final-sale items

Can I talk to someone before putting through my order?

Yes, you can phone 1(833) 855 8733. We sometimes have high call-volumes so an alternative is to use our Chat messenger system bottom right of this screen or email us at orders@sageinteriors.com.
